How to Contact Cointiply’s Offerwalls (Desktop)
Use the provider’s built-in support to resolve missing credits fastest.

Instructions
- Open the menu (upper-left).
- Select Reward Status and open the affected offer.
- Press Contact next to the offer to create a ticket.

- Use the link to check offer status and open a ticket if needed.
- If you can’t open a ticket or it shows one you didn’t create, use AdGem’s special contact page.

- Select Offer History and open the relevant offer.
- Click Missing Points to create a ticket.

- Scroll to the bottom and select Support.
- Choose Submit a Support Ticket and follow the prompts.

- If you didn’t get credit for a completed survey, open a ticket with Cointiply via Help & Support in your Accounts menu. Include a completion screenshot.
- For other issues (e.g., block/ban), use the Support link at the top of the YourSurveys offerwall to open a ticket directly with YourSurveys.
Tip: Before contacting a partner, gather a timestamped screenshot (or completion proof). Many partners request these in their ticket forms.
