How can I delete my Cointiply account and data?
We’re sorry to see you go—but we’ve made it easy to request deletion of your account and personal data.
Delete from the Cointiply Android app
- Tap the menu (☰) icon in the top left.
- Select Help & Support.
- Tap Open a Support Ticket.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
A support agent will confirm your request within 48 hours and notify you once your account is fully deleted.

You can also open a deletion request directly from your browser using the email linked to your Cointiply account.
If you can’t log in
Send an email to support@cointiply.com from the address you used to register your account. Include the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
What happens to your data
- Deleted: your name, email, login info, and device data.
- Retained briefly: limited transaction data for up to 90 days for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.
Tip: If you ever change your mind, you can always create a new Cointiply account later—your earning opportunities will be waiting!
