Why is my access to offer walls & earning options limited or restricted?

Access is determined automatically by our system and by each offerwall’s own rules. Here’s what that means and how to get back to earning.


Heads-up

Offerwall access is managed by automated checks (ours + the offerwall’s). It may be limited until your account history meets requirements.

  • Restrictions can be temporary.
  • Improving account health often restores access.

Why access can be limited

  • VPN / proxy usage (now or in the past)
  • Too many chargebacks or reversals
  • Location-based restrictions from providers
  • New or low account history
  • Terms-of-service violations / suspicious patterns
  • Multiple accounts or shared IPs / devices

How to fix it

  • Disable any VPNs / proxies and ad blockers.
  • Use accurate info on surveys / offers.
  • Complete offers steadily (avoid “rush” patterns).
  • Earn consistently to build positive history.

How you’ll know

  • A banner/message appears on the Offers page or app.
  • You may see small “1-Coin” entries for disabled networks.

  • Stick to one account and one primary device.
  • Use stable, non-shared home internet when possible.
  • Finish every requirement listed by the offerwall.
