Offer completed but no Coins credited

Don’t worry — this happens sometimes. Most issues are fixed directly by the offerwall.


Start here

  • Wait 24–72 hours — some offers need manual review.
  • Higher-paying offers often credit later.
  • Keep an eye on your Activity/Payments for updates.

Check the requirements

  • Confirm every step was completed (e.g., reach level 10).
  • Use accurate info; don’t rush — “too fast” can look suspicious.
  • Disable VPN/proxy and ad blockers.

Contact the offerwall

Open the Support link inside the same offerwall you used.

  • Be polite; include proof (see next card).
  • Replies can take a few days — that’s normal.

What proof to include

  • Completion screen, confirmation email, or account statement.
  • Game level / app screen showing you met the goal.
  • Timestamps, username, and device if relevant.

Common reasons it didn’t credit

  • Offer expired or advertiser budget ran out.
  • VPN/proxy or ad blocker was used.
  • Not all steps were completed or wrong info used.
  • Virtual card used on a card-required offer.
  • “Too fast” completion compared to norms.
  • Technical error before the postback recorded.

What Cointiply can/can’t see

We see when you start an offer and when the offerwall sends us a completion (or reversal) postback.

  • We can’t see what happens inside an offer.
  • We can’t manually credit offers; only the offerwall can verify.

Tip: One exception

If the issue is with Your Surveys Direct, please open a Cointiply support ticket and include your proof of completion.
