What do I have to do to trigger a withdrawal?
Withdrawals are simple — just start one from your account.


Start a withdrawal

  1. Meet the minimum for your coin:
    • 30,000 Coins — DOGE, Dash, Litecoin
    • 50,000 Coins — Bitcoin
  2. Go to your Cashout page and submit a new request.

After you submit

  • Track progress anytime on your Payments page.
  • If the status shows Pending or In Review, it’s in our payout queue — no ticket needed.
