My payment is pending, under review, delayed, or held
Here’s what each status means and what to expect.
Pending
All withdrawals start as Pending while they wait in the processing queue.
- Most pending payments are processed within 24–72 hours.
- If a payment was reviewed and cleared, it returns to Pending until it’s sent.
- Track progress on your Payments page.
Under review
Sometimes payments are flagged for a quick manual check (e.g., new accounts, high-value withdrawals, or unusual patterns).
- This is routine and usually clears within 24–72 hours.
- Once cleared, your payment moves back to Pending and is paid in the next batch automatically.
- No ticket needed while it’s in review.
Delayed
Short delays can happen during system maintenance, heavy payout volume, or while additional funds clear.
- We process as quickly as possible; occasional slowdowns can occur.
- If your withdrawal was a Bitcoin payment, please wait until the following Monday before opening a ticket.
- You can always check status on your Payments page.
Held
A “Held” status means our systems detected something that needs a closer look (e.g., irregular activity or reversals).
- These are reviewed individually.
- Please open a support ticket so we can verify and resolve it.
- If you’ve been using Cointiply honestly, there’s no need to worry — we’ll help you get it sorted.
Tip: You don’t need to open a ticket for Pending or Under review — those process automatically.
Tip: After we send your withdrawal, final timing depends on the blockchain. Bitcoin can take longer than DOGE, Dash, or Litecoin during congestion.
