Didn’t get credit for an offer?
Don’t worry — it happens sometimes, and most issues can be fixed by the offerwall directly.
Here’s what to do:
- Wait 24–72 hours.
Some offers — especially high-paying ones — need manual review before they credit. - Check the offer requirements.
Make sure you’ve completed every step (for example, reach level 10 in-game). - Take screenshots.
Capture proof of completion — like your game level, confirmation screen, or statement. - Contact the offerwall’s support.
Open their support page from within the offerwall. Be polite and include your proof. - Be patient.
Offerwall reviews can take a few days, but most valid offers do get credited.
? Tip: You can keep completing other offers while waiting.
Even the best users don’t get credit 100% of the time — it’s just part of how offerwalls work.
Why offers sometimes don’t credit
- The offer expired or ran out of advertiser budget.
- You used a VPN, proxy, or ad blocker.
- You didn’t meet every requirement.
- You used a virtual card instead of a standard one.
- The offer completed too quickly and looked suspicious to the advertiser.
- A technical error occurred before the credit was recorded.
⚠️ We can’t see what happens inside an offer — we only know when the offerwall reports it complete (or reversed).
? Tip: The one exception is Your Surveys Direct. If you have a problem with a Your Surveys survey, please open a Cointiply support ticket with proof of completion.
