Withdrawal Limits
You can withdraw directly to your DOGE, Dashcoin, and Litecoin wallet when you have at least 30,000 coins.
You can withdraw directly to your Bitcoin wallet when you have at least 50,000 coins.
Payment Processing Times
All payments are processed in 24-72 hours.
If your payment is "Pending" or in "Review" then there is no need to open a ticket. Your payment will be sent during our next payment cycle.
Once a payment is sent, it will be up to the blockchain for your withdrawal method for how long the transaction takes to complete. In general, DOGE, Dash, and Litecoin payments are much faster than Bitcoin transactions. At times of high network congestion, Bitcoin payments can sometimes take as long as two weeks to be confirmed on the blockchain.
